This is our Standard 30-Day Return Policy.
Items or complete system must be returned to DigitalSignage.me within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. All packaging material must be included with no evidence of physical damage.
Returns constitute receipt of the product by DigitalSignage.me, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
Specific items normally carry a 1 year warranty directly with the manufacture.
You should contact the manufacture for warranty details after 30 days have passed from day of purchase.
DigitalSignage.me will produce proper validation if requested by the manufacture to support proof of purchase.
- Additional extended warranty may be purchased separately.
- Additional onsite service and support may be purchased separately.
- Contact us to inquire about extended warranty and service contracts.
- All hardware purchased and reported to be defective within 30 days of invoice date, will be replaced via UPS ground at the expense of MediaSignage. Customer may choose to pay for expedited shipping options
